A cult favorite among all of us at T.Hill, SaaahBro? is for the kook in all of us. Named after the massive hill on the 101 freeway that connects Thousand Oaks to Camarillo, The Grade is indeed a tall beer. The Grade’s base beer starts out as a traditional Russian Imperial Stout - then we add in lactose to the brew to give it a smoother / creamier mouthfeel.
A surprisingly smooth and drinkable double dry hopped, Double IPA. Dry Hopped twice (once during fermentation) with a massive amount of Citra and Mosaic this beer walks the line between classic and new age West Coast IPA.
