A Hazy IPA done our way with proper brewing techniques adhered to. A Bright Orange Juicy lookingHazy that’s not muddy, murky, chunky or unfinished.
Using Imperial Juice yeast and plentiful amounts of rolled oats and flaked wheat this brew has a very soft mouthfeel, gorgeous homogeneous haziness and some killer artwork on the cans from RISK.
A cult favorite among all of us at T.Hill, SaaahBro? is for the kook in all of us. The name is derived from it’s main hop, Sabro, a super new amazing tropical hop with a touch of coconut in the aroma.
With a huge aromatic dry hop that includes Sabro, Mosaic and Nelson hops this baller New WestCoast IPA embodies everything we love about SoCal.
Named after our own beautiful waterfall in Thousand Oaks, Paradise Falls is a higher ABV HazyIPA with some amazing can art from RISK.
This was a highly experimental beer scaled up from our 5 bbl R&D system and it took off from there!
We brewed this beer to honor our Fallen Hero, Sgt. Ron Helus who heroically gave his life, saved countless others and put an end to the Borderline tragedy in our hometown of Thousand Oaks, CA.
With the help of the Helus family we chose the appropriately named Victory Malt with Warrior and Noble Saaz Hops to create a light golden ale that we all know he would enjoy.
Named after the massive hill on the 101 freeway that connects Thousand Oaks to Camarillo, The Grade is indeed a tall beer.
The Grade’s base beer starts out as a traditional Russian Imperial Stout - then we add in lactose to the brew to give it a smoother / creamier mouthfeel.
002 is a big tropical hop bomb with massive amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops throughout the brewing and dryhop processes.
A touch of Pale Wheat malt and crystal malt provide a light smooth body that allows us to showcase this epic combination of everyone’s favorite hops in a higher alcohol award winning Double IPA.
Mosaic / Amarillo / Simcoe hops shine throughout with big tropical notes of mango, lemon and berries up front and a touch of citrus, piney and orange notes. A small percent of light crystal in the malt profile provides the backbone.
Traditional Blonde Ale with a touch of Honey Malt for slight sweetness. Low bittering hops and small amount of aroma hops make this a very easy drinking beer and a great introduction to our other craft beers.

This DDH hazy bursts with hop aromas of Pineapple + Passionfruit + Orange + Mango. We dry hopped this 8% beast once… then dumped those hops… and dry hopped it again!
Our traditional Wit with Belgian Yeast aromas + flavors of traditional coriander & bitter orange peel, then we topped off the finished beer with citrusy + zesty blood oranges.
